Purpose IT Benefits and Trading Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance
These user terms ("Terms") govern your use of Purpose IT's benefits and trading platform ("Platform"). By registering and using the Platform, you fully accept these Terms. Purpose IT AS ("Purpose IT", "we", "us") offers a benefits and purchasing platform that ensures attractive discounts for end users, contributions to voluntary work through commission from trading partners, and opportunities to support socially beneficial purposes.
2. Access to the Platform
You gain access to the Platform through your organization/company's unique sub-platform in their brand. Your use of the Platform is free and financed through commissions from our trading partners.
3. Sharing of Information
By accepting these Terms, you consent to your personal data being shared with: • Your organization/company that has given you access to the Platform • Purpose IT AS as supplier and operator of the Platform • 2izii for handling cards and transactions, securing discounts and calculating commission to voluntary organizations and the Platform • Collaboration partners: trading partners and advertisers to be able to give you discounts and calculate commission to voluntary organizations and the platform This sharing is necessary to: • Deliver discounts and benefits to you • Process transactions and card payments • Calculate and distribute commission to voluntary organizations • Administer and improve the Platform
4. Privacy and Data Processing
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable privacy legislation. You have the right to: • Access to what information we have about you • Correction of incorrect information • Deletion of your information upon termination of the user relationship • Restriction of processing in certain cases
5. Communication and Notifications
Purpose IT sends you monthly emails, and in some cases also communication through other available channels. This is done to fulfill the obligation under the membership agreement to give you information about your earned discounts and contributions to voluntary organizations, as well as available discount agreements. When you register as a user, you are also signed up for marketing communication via email, SMS, letter and notifications through the platform. You can customize or opt out of marketing on your profile page. Partners on the platform are given the opportunity to send marketing communication. Depending on the partner, communication is sent based on agreement, legitimate interest or your consent. Purpose IT AS uses your personal data to personalize communication with you, making it as relevant as possible. You can change your notification and communication settings at any time under "My Profile" on the Platform. This includes: • Email notifications about new offers and discounts • Marketing communication • Newsletter and updates
6. Termination and Deletion
You can request that your user account be deleted at any time by requesting this via the platform or sending a message to personvern@purposeit.no Upon deletion, all your personal data will be removed in accordance with applicable legislation, except for information we are required to retain for legal reasons.
7. Use of the Platform
You commit to: • Provide correct and updated information • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes • Not misuse discounts or benefits • Respect other users and trading partners We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these Terms.
8. Discounts and Benefits
Discounts and benefits on the Platform: • Are delivered by our trading partners • May be changed or terminated without notice • Are only available to registered users • May have their own terms from each trading partner
9. Commission to Voluntary Organizations
A share of the commission from trading partners goes to voluntary organizations. This is a core component of Purpose IT's social benefit model. Distribution happens automatically based on transactions conducted via the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Purpose IT has no liability for: • Products or services delivered by trading partners • Technical problems with third parties • Losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the Platform • Changes in discounts or offers from trading partners
11. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as venue.
